This beer pours a slightly hazy amber in color, with a very small amount of head. As far as carbonation goes, it is moderately carbonated. This beers aroma is of citrus, spice and a caramel smell, that almost literally smells sweet. Wow, this has one helluva taste that begins, follows through and finishes with straight hops... but it's not too much very balanced (for a beer guy). There are undertones of the aforementioned caramel, I believe partially responsible for the balance. This is a superb beer Mike, congratulations on the win and thanks for creating such an awesome beer.
