12oz to tulip glass, pours a nice orange golden shade with a creamy dense white head that eventually fades but still clings to the top.

smells of citrus pith, hops hops hops and a generous malt backbone

taste is very dry indeed, definately a west coast double, citrus, herbal grassiness, malt pops behind the hop blend, malt provides a subtle sweetness that compliments but doesn't try to fight with the hop presence. bitterness is not extremely high, but tends to pop out in the finish and hangs around from the hop oils

mouthfeel is balanced with a nice creaminess, oily and lingering bitterness that bruises your taste buds but still makes you want to come back for more. Alcohol is hidden well, but still apparent, making you want to session until you realize you're pretty drunk only after 2 :D
