A: Out of the bottle. Looks like a pale golden clear body but clouded a bit with particles, as it is unfiltered.
S: Not much there. Some syrupy malts, honey, and wheat.
T: A fair amount of lemon and wheat. The Spalt hops keep the aftertaste sweet but still a bit hoppy.
M: A little too syrupy but not bad.
D: Would be a great summer beer--easy to drink and some good flavor.
