A very enjoyable beer. I poured a bottle into a pilsner glass.
Poured a dark gold color with a moderate head and lacing.
I only noticed a slightly hoppy aroma.
Very well balanced flavor. A great blend of hops and malt.
A smooth, well carbonated mouthfeel.
A good beer, much better than the average beers from the big American breweries.

Poured into a frosted chalice glass.
A: Pours pretty clear into the chalice, with a clear yet reddish-orange tinge.
S: Fairly strong hoppy smell. Strongest smell of hops I've encountered in a lager. Didn't dislike, but unexpected.
T: Strong initial hops flavor, but dissipates into a nice smoothness with tinges of alcohol as it finishes. Very impressed for a company that I've dismissed quite heavily. Quite sessionable as well.
M: Again, some hops bitterness/bite initally, but this dissipates to smoothness with some carbonation on the tongue. Overall, quite smooth.
O: Not a huge fan of the lager style overall, but this is quite the flavorful beer for its ABV. Would buy again.

For the purposes of this review, had this poured from the bottle into a pint glass...but I've probably had about a hundred of these in my life. And it never disappoints. One of the best cold-brewed beers around. The color is an amazing copper. There's a nice hoppiness and malt balance that's very good. Very nice, full-bodied lager.

It comes in a light golden amber color.
The flavor has a big malty and toasted flavor. There's a good bitterness on the finish. It has a decent mouthfeel. I prefer Brooklyn Lager with its more refreshing and hop flavor. Despite the bitterness, it still has that big maltiness.
It's quite a decent beer compared to the American Adjunct Lagers, but still a bit lacking for me.
