Poured into a tulip.
A: Dark brown/red color. Nice head formation, minimal retention.
Good carbonation level.
S: Smells like a good brown ale more than a lager. Hints of the spices that were used are definitely present, but I can't make out one specific aroma- which is good. I hate you open a seasonal beer and it screams "nutmeg!" or "cinnamon!".
T: Good brown malt base with some spice and hops on the finish. Not great, but well balanced.
M: A little watery, good carbonation level.
D: Clean, balanced taste. Smooth, light mouthfeel. Easy to drink.
