I feel so lucky to have Party Source around the corner. They've got a massive collection of great beers from brewers across the country. Plenty of six packs as well as 22 oz. bottles, 750s, and singles. They also carry a decent selection of brewery specific glassware.

The liquor selection is also astounding; vast selection of craft liquors including Blue Coat Gin, Vieux Carre Absinthe Superieure, Corsair products.

In addtion to their large selection, their prices are very reasonable (rival almost all online retailers). They've also got a decent cheese selection as well as some other specialty sodas, tonics, and mixers.

One of the coolest stores I've ever been to, this truly is a PARTY store. By that I mean that it's not just alcohol. Plenty of balloons, greeting cards, plastic cutlery, cheese trays, etc etc etc.

Wine and liquor selections are huge. We had fun looking through the locked scotch case to find the most expensive bottle. (I think it was around $500, although there were plenty over $200.)

Beer selection includes bombers, singles, 6 packs, 12 packs and up. Not everything is available in the fridge but the walk-in cold section is the largest I've ever seen. The only thing I wanted but couldn't get was Southern Tier (not really their fault, since it's not distributed in KY).

Massive list of beers available in 1/2, 1/4 and 1/6 barrels. Make sure you check out their 5 or so taps at the growler station as well. Recently one of those included Canadian Breakfast Stout.

One of the first places I discovered when I moved to Cincinnati about a year ago was The Party Source right across the river. It's very accessible from the city (just off I-471) and has ample parking. Pulling up, I can recall the giant almost mardi gras colored neon sign and wondering what this place would be like.

Almost the first thing you see when entering is their show-kitchen classroom where many cooking classes, wine tastings, and beer tastings are held. Next to this is their "grocery" section loaded with gourmet cheeses, spreads, etc. The whole store is very big, about the size of a large grocery store, with aisle after aisle of alcohol. HUGE wine selection, HUGE liquor selection, HUGE beer selection. They feature a great number of imports and craft brews alike including a very impressive keg list. Not to mention, the draft beer that they sell in growlers. In the back is the cold cave which is about the size of an entire convenience store, where you can purchase cold cases, keg, 6-packs, or individuals. Not all of the individuals are sold cold, which is a SLIGHT drawback.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products there, and are particularly helpful to those who are having trouble finding/picking something out. Furthermore, they have a great walk-in humidor for those who partake in the cigar thing with rock bottom prices--about the cheapest I've ever seen on some of those sticks.

Overall, The Party Source looks like a just giant liquor store but really is much more. The place is VERY clean feeling and is always a joy to enter. The awesome selection of EVERYTHING, great staff, and location make this our go-to place.

My friends and I like to refer to The Party Source as the Sam's Club of liquor stores. Wide ranging and clean with gigantic exotic food, party supplies, wine, liquor, dry stock, cooler, and cigar sections.
Each department has a large staff of trained and knowledgeable personnel.
The selection is, well, there are 6 isles of wine, two whiskey isles, a scotch isle, a liquour isle, two isles of macro, a dry and cool sections of craft and imports, a two page keg list, and a rotating growler tap.
Everything is sold as cheap as you can find it anywhere in the MidWest.

One of my all time favorite places to shop. Huge beer selection, huge singles selection, and a good bit of both in cold storage. Plus a growler station, and weekly newsletters for what is new/upcoming/on tap. They also do beer tastings and other events..

Good cigar section if you are inclined to have a smoke with your beer. And an excellent Scotch section for when you're done with your beer.

Tasting events for beer and other beverages are top notch, and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they remember you when you visit a lot.

They also have home brewing stuff, glassware, party favors, and food, so if you are looking for a nice cheese, or bourbon filled chocolates to go with your tasting, this is the place to go. Convenient to Cincinnati.

Went here on recomendation from brewedlyhooked13,
This place was awesome. It even has a walkin cooler/cave in the back. Found several beers here that were on my wants list.
Shafaly, bells' greatlakes, all the midwest beers except fff.
The beer selection is huge and the help is great. So many to choose from and so little money to purchase beer with. I wished I lived close by.
They had tons of hopslam when I was there. Wished I had a trucj to haul it all back.
Will comeback to this place if I am ever in the area again. thanks again craig for the recommendation

When I was first shown The Party Source upon my move to the area, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry -- I've never seen so many types of beers in one place and I really believe this is the shop that served as a great spring board for my delving into the world of craft beer.

Quality: Solid - they have a great store with all kind of items beyond beer (hard liquor, food, party supplies, etc.). They have all kind of brands and if it can be shipped into Kentucky, it seems that they have it.

Service: It's decent, but sometimes it takes a while to find someone who can answer your questions about specific beers, and that's provided he/she is working. Overall though, if they're around, you'll get your questions answered and they've got no problem taking the extra steps to help you find something if it isn't readily visible on the shelves.

Selection: Incredible. Not only do they have an incredible selection of bottle beers from all over the world, they also have a decent rotating tap for growlers. The only place I've heard of with a better/cheaper growler selection is Party Town out in Florence, KY.

Value: You get what you pay for and for the area, the prices are competetive. I know that some people in other regions may get the same beers for better prices, but overall, I feel that the prices are fair.

There selection is just borderline ridiculous. Not enough time in the day to get through all the beers. There was a dude working there that seemed to know his stuff, or at least what they had in stock... I didn't really pick his brain for deep beer guru knowledge. All this being said it was a tad pricey, but really only a tad. That opinion may be skewed slightly thought because I have a local grocery store in cincinnati that has microbrewery custom 6 packs at $1.50 a bottle (some of the same bottles here were in the 2-3 dollar range). I paid $5.99 for one bottle but it was 11.2 oz Trappistes Rochefort 8. Good luck finding it at the grocery store! So all in all I would so its a pretty great place with amazing selection and so-so prices. Definitely worth a trip

I went to this place looking for 120 minute IPA, World Wide Stout, Bourbon County Stout, and about anything else that I couldn't find in OH. They had most of what I was looking for. Their selection consists of the usual American craft selection (GI, Rogue, Stone, Bells, Dogfish Head, Jolly Pumpkin) and they also had some that I can't get in OH (Schlafly Reserve for instance). Their American craft selection wasn't amazing, but their Import selection was massive. They carried a lot of Belgian beer. They also have a lot of gift packs (complete with glassware too.) The prices were nearly the same as I'm used to paying in OH. All in all, this place is great, but I'd only go here if I'm looking for something that I can't buy in OH because of the ABV cap.

Sidenote: They have an assload of liquor.

I've been to many beer stores, but I'm pretty sure that this tops them all. The warehouse-ish type atmosphere is a bit odd compared to most retailers of better beer, but their enormous selection more than makes up for it. By far the best selection that I've seen, and a huge walk-in cooler with singles, sixers, and kegs. Prices, for the most part, seemed to be on par with other stores. There didn't appear to be much help around should I have needed it (I'll adjust my score for this after future visits, if warranted). Overall, however, this store rocks.

Be sure to check out the growler fills - Bourbon County Stout and 90 minute were available on my visit.
