amazing. A store the size of a krogers with nothing but alcohol wine and beer. I try to make a stop by this excellent store every time that I am in the cincinnati area. Over the years it is easy for me to say that I have definitely got my biggest and greatest scores from this place.

Stopped here on Saturday to pick up some goodies. Excellent choice.

The store is set up as a large warehouse, so don't expect much on atmosphere. Pretty self-explanatory there. The one beer guy I encountered, however, was very helpful. It was Memorial Day weekend, so saying that they were busy in an understatement.

The selection here is absolutely stellar. With designated sections of bombers, singles, and six packs (both cold and warm storage), there is no shortage of selection here. While you may not be able to find anything incredibly rare, most of the craft and import goodies in northern KY are to be found here. One thing that caught my eye was Barrel Aged Old Rasputin as well as plentiful amounts of Stone's IRS and Espresso IRS. There were a few outdated beers I ran across, but with a store of this size, that's in the peripherals - seems like they had a quick enough turnover rate to not have to worry about much stale beer anyway.

If I lived closer (currently live an hour away), I would absolutely come here regularly for the stellar selection and great prices. Absolutely worth checking out if you're in the northern KY/greater Cincinnati area.

Plenty of parking. When entering you past the demo kitchen, grocery and party section. Large wine and spirts section. in the corner BEER! This place has a bit of everything in its selection. Always rotating grower selections The cold mix and match display is a great way to try new brews, (have not come across a bigger one). Plenty of beers from all over the world. its easy to spend quite a lot of time and money walking around the aisles. its my primary craft beer shopping stop for good reason.

Big store with big selection. Massive cold beer storage. A lot of people seem to forget that this place ships beer to. Staff is friendly and overall pretty knowledgable. The only real downside to this place is that it gets real packed from time to time. Also finding rare beers (less than 3 cases) is almost impossible.

Never been inside here, this review is strictly based on a web order. Believer or not, my friend and I actually drove by the front of store 3 years ago while staying in Cincinnati. But it's beyond me why I did not stop by then.
Lots of beer that I cannot get in California. There are a bunch of singles to choose from (Schlafly, Christian-Moerlein, Founder's, Bell's, Two Brothers, Summit). There are numerous bombers to choose from too. Too bad lots of stuff are out-of-stock, probably due to the high turnover rates.
Service is simply impeccable. The beer guy (Danny) called me on what's out and recommended stuff available. I even got to buy some stuff not listed on the website. Packaging is immaculate, I could have sworn the bottles won't break if dropped from a second-story height.
Shipping is Fedex, pretty much in line with other sites cost-wise. Overall a great experience. Great communications (essential for web orders) and selections.

This is not my usual beer store since it is a bit out of the way for me, but I have shopped here a few times and have always had good experiences. The store is large, clean, and well-organized. They have a very, very nice selection of craft beer and glassware. Prices are good, they have a small growler station, and you can buy singles out of the ``beer cave'' and build your own sixpack. However, my favorite thing about this store isn't even the store itself -- it's their website! They generally post their stock on their website and they do a pretty good job of keeping it up-to-date. Want to know if Founders Double Trouble has arrived yet? Easy; just check out their website and see if it's in stock! Usually when I decide to visit this store I'm in and out really fast because I already know what I'm buying when I walk in the door. Plus, the (new?) fellow in charge of beers is really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He has gone all-out and brought tons of new beers to the store. Their selection of imports is now the best I've seen in the Cincinnati area. For these reasons, they get 5/5 in both the ``service'' and ``selection'' categories from me.

Nice clean store with a good beer selection. I like visiting this store as there are a few breweries that distribute to ky that I don't get in oh. There always seems to be an employee on staff in the area who will help find things and are knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Ex., they had founders breakfast stout (it was gone) listed at 10.79, where I paid 12.99. The only drawback is that it's a heavily trafficked store so getting those rare/limited releases is unlikely.
They also have a growler fill station with about 6 taps, but no samples, that I am aware of.

I'm in here all the time and can recommend it to anybody living in(or passing through) the Cincinnati/Northern KY area. Great selection overall(wine, liquor, beer, cigars, etc), but the focus on this site is beer, so I'll zoom in on that. There is a good selection of singles, sixers, and kegs in the walk-in refrigerated 'beer cave'. Decent growler selection across 8 taps.

As for food, they have a wide assortment of cheeses, including Cypriot halloumi(somewhat of a rarity). Lots of party related foods- chips, cheeses, pates, snacks, etc. food for most kinds of occasions.

Another draw to the store is its frequent cooking courses and beer tastings(weekly on Thursdays).

The service can be kinda spotty- it's pretty clear that they have 'a couple beer guys', 'a couple wine guys', 'a couple cigar guys', and so on. And that when they step outside their circle of expertise, well, it's frustrating. It evens out, though. Sometimes the service is great, but sometimes, it can be a little frustrating.

One of the best places in the Greater Cincinnati/NKY area to get anything beer related. 8 rotating taps for growlers & tastings, a steady influx of Schlafly, GL, Three Floyds, Heavy Seas, Founders yearlys, seasonals and occasionally limiteds. Every macro and major import can be found without a problem, along with a good choice of Belgians, just wish they did more to get the local NKY/Ohio/SE Indiana breweries like Brew Kettle, Red Ear & Great Crescent in stock.

Decent party food & glassware selection, not to mention every other type of alcohol under the sun. Parking lot is so big that area businesspeople park near the end of the lot and never even think about getting towed. Beer service used to be outstanding, but now many of their employees are just that -- people who happen to work there but know little about the brews. Not always, but certainly most of the time.
