I have been here a few times and never left disappointed. The food is great pub food with some nice, unique menu items mixed in. They do a good job of integrating beer into their food, especially the barbecue foods. As far as beer selection goes, they'll have anything Victory but nothing else, which is to be expected. If they still have it, try the Golden Monkey ice cream. It's easily the best ice cream I've ever had. Victory also has some of the best pizza outside of the NYC metro area. It's a must visit if you're a fan of beer or brew pubs.

Arrived on a Saturday intending to take the 2 PM tour, but got a little lost and missed it. Oh well, I guess I'll never know the 4 ingredients that go into beer. We were quickly seated in a comfortable booth, plus. The atmosphere was nice. Big spacious, bright. Our waiter came over relatively quickly and asked for our drink orders, but we had no beer menu. He said he'd grab one and took about 10 minutes to come back, minus. Took our drink orders and appetizer orders. Beer was tasty as expected. Storm King on cask was great, Scarlet Fire was interesting. Apps came, pretzel and three types of fries. Pretzel was good, fries were eh. Lunch entree was the grown up grilled cheese. I highly recommend it. Price wasn't too bad either, on par with a chain restaurant, but more fun.

Loud, big bars with Coomunist style service, by which I mean they put a lot of people behind the bar, but no one seems to have ownership of the section. So you try to flag down the guy cleaning glasses to pour you a beer, but he doesn't care because they split their tips among all the bars in the place. Like i said, lots of people behind the bar, but no bartenders. Not friendly either, but I'd be happy with an ugly grump who fills my glass.
Food is ok, beer is quite good but we don't go anymore since Victory stopped supporting the homebrew clubs who put them on the map. Meanwhile Sierra Nevada has started supporting homebrew contests, so I guess I'll buy their beer instead.

Came here on a Saturday night, and it was totally jammed. We ended up waiting for an hour and a half for a table, but it ended up being well worth it. Something like 16 taps and 6 casks were on, including a couple of brewery exclusives. I went with a couple of tasty Donnybrook Stouts and a solid Mad King's Weiss. Service was a little slow because of how busy the server was, but he didn't make any mistakes, was nice and knowledgeable. As for the food....eh. The pretzel I got with cheese sauce was awesome, but the pizza was a little spotty. Not enough toppings, but otherwise alright. Definitely will come back again.

What a great place. I went for the 15th anniversary party and it was well worth the 3 hour drive. Everyone should take the tour, which is free and was quite fun. The bar area is nice and they have quite an interesting growler filler there. They had at least a dozen (I didn't count) beers on tap, and they had about 5 on hand pump which rotate. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The food I had was good, but I got too much. On my next trip, I am just getting a pretzel (one of the best I have ever had) and the ice cream (which is made from their beers). I also shared a pizza which was alright. The other two made up for it though. I can't wait to go again!

A nice, family friendly atmosphere. I was surprised how many people were there with little kids.
Really good food for a "brewpub". The menu changes with the seasons. The service is hit-or-miss, like most places. Some servers are very friendly, and know their beers, while others seem to want you to eat and leave as fast as possible.
The beer selection is incredible. The brewery only beers are reason enough to make the 30 min drive.
Overall, a great place for a meal and an even better place for a beer (or 2).

good atmosphere, the place was packed on a Wednesday night during the holidays. this was the first time I've been there in about 5 years, and they've totally remodeled the restaurant and bar area. with a big group, we were seated in the cool copper table in the corner, covered by the top of an old brew tank.
the fresh beers I had were excellent, Yakima Glory, Hop Devil, and ESB on hand pump. selection was good, with about a dozen beers on tap, with 4 cask selections.
as for food- I had an order of wings which were big and tasty. our server was attentive and friendly.
prices were decent. were were there during happy hour (4pm-6pm) with half price wings and $2 .3L glasses of the 4 flagship beers.

Stopped in here for the first time during the Dark Intrigue release.
This place is huge. Tons of tables on both sides as you walk in the door. Making my way back to the bar area I am greeted by a very nice looking, large, bar area. Pretty laid back atmosphere with plenty of people coming and going. A few TV's to watch if you are bored. Tons of people coming in for growler fills, which uses a counter pressure machine. Best way to describe it is the place just feels alive.
Service was pretty good. Took a little while to order my food but I think that had more to do with the large lunch crowd rather than them forgetting about me. Food was pretty good. I had the aged cheddar burger. I ordered fries with it but I got chips. Not a big deal since I didn't get charged for them and the chips were awesome. Food didn't take too long to come out once I got to order it. Prices seemed pretty reasonable for what you got. Very nice lunch before I had to head back.
Quality was fairly high. Everything seemed to be top notch except I did get short poured once but I won't hold it against them too much, it was pretty crowded after all. The beer list was pretty impressive. They had 15 offerings on tap when I stopped in and another two on cask. They seemed to cover almost all the bases with their offerings. I went with both of the cask offerings, Uncle Teddy's Bitter and a Storm King. Both were served correctly and both tasted great.
Overall a great brewpub for a great brewery. I can't wait to make it down again.

I went to Victory today for the dark intrigue release and stayed for lunch. The restaraunt area is huge. The bar is very big as is the seating area. They also have a counter filled growler filling station which was very busy the whole time I was there. For lunch I had a cheesesteak, which was very tasty. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and quality of the meal. They have a great tap selection, and a book with a description of all the beers they have on tap. I felt the beer and growler prices were cheap compared to other brewpubs. The food prices were about what I would expect for the area. I plan on going back.

Victory Brewing Company feels to me what Buzz Beer was like for Drew Carey, Oswald, Louis and Kate in The Drew Carey Show. It's just this little slice of wonderful right in my back yards that can meet pretty much all of my beer needs. The variety in their beers and styles is so great that I don't have to look elsewhere for a new style, Victory has pretty much brewed it all. It's not always perfect, but it's always interesting and always fun. The beer is obviously great but the secret weapon of VBC's brewpub is the their wings of victory, and their pretzel. That pretzels haunts my dreams on hungry nights.
It's located in what looks like a business park in Downtown Downingtown and is about the size of a warehouse. Strike that, it is a warehouse. It's two huge rooms with a bar in between them and a store on the side that sells beer, shirts and awesome "Victory is Brewing" bumper stickers. They also have beautiful growlers with silver handles that are relatively inexpensive. It's not too cheap though. Beers are the standard five to seven bucks but the food is a bit pricey. The service is a little questionable though. Maybe it's just because I look young but the waitresses there seem to be a bit cold. They are always timely though and they keep it clean there which is important for me. It does get very loud in there which I do not mind but some people I go with seem to. In short, Victory Brewing Company is one of my favorite brewpubs and si certainly worth visiting.
