Terrior de Tettnangs, on tap at Victory. Pours lightly hazed straw gold with a fluffy white head. Grain is lightly sweet, moreso than the others save Reitplatz. Straightforward hop profile, equally strong throughout the palate, more lingering finish than Strass and Reitplatz. Not as integrated or expressive as the Day 4 or Day 1. Very nice still.

At victory as "Dietmannsweiler". rich transport gold, darkest of five, braumeister color, homogeneous thin white head on top. More grassy hop in nose than braumeister, less grain more dough, less citric egg. Flavor isn't quite as full, more hop, grassy, lightest vitamin c issue mid palate, lightly oily over lips, lingering grass and hop oil finish before huge dough emerges with a bit of warmth. Bit of dry paper in end but so fucking delicate, bitter, controlled, flavorful.
