murky gold, lightest of all, wispiest thin bubble white head. Smallest dead fly floating on top, drinking it anyway, fuck you fly for taking even a drop. Nose is lots of hay, urea, quite dry, light vitamin c, bit of acetone oddly. None of the flaws in the flavor, thinner, lower carved than rest, lighty grainy, high vitamin c, very low hops, grassy bitterness with faint grain in the finish. Least expressive, muted of them all.

Terrior de Tettnangs, on tap at Victory. All Tettnag hops, super fresh. Pours lightly hazed hay gold with a fluffy white head. In comparison to others, Strass has a shorter, less bitter finish, crisp, snappier than Reitplatz. Closest to Reitplatz in style, more Czech because of the short finish. Fresh hop expression throughout, well integrated fresh cracked grain. My 3rd favorite of the five.
