really neat spot, stumbled into it and was glad i did. neat taproom, quite spacious really, with a sleek but woody colorado look and feel. the whole crew was present, got to meet the brewer and what a dude he was. labor intensive, as they knock out all their beers on a little three or four barrel system. very cool operation. they had i think eight or ten beers on tap, with a couple of really creative options. the baltic porter and the dillinger pale ale were easily my two favorites, with only the ipa being lackluster. server girls were super friendly and happy to tell the story of the place and share samples. the vibe in here is rad, and the beers are all solid for the most part. i think they are still sort of finding their identity, but it seems like business is good. i saw some of their gorgeous homemade tap handles around town too, so they must have some pull. overall a place i will definitely go back to, i expect the evolution to be fast in here, and they are off to a great start. one of the cooler taprooms in fort collins in my experience.
