brought a can back from alabama - maybe it didn't travel well. when i opened the can i got a massive rush of foam instantaneously. once that subsided, the brew poured an opaque orange-amber with a small head. bubbles are obscured by the cloudy nature of this beer. not a powerful nose on this one - just subtle hints of orange and a berry-like scent. similarly neutral on the mid-palate, with more orange rind plus a little pink grapefruit. finish has pithy bitterness, though not in an unpleasant way. mouthfeel is light and undercarbonated. seems like there is potential that may have been lost in transit, or this beer wasn't canned correctly.

Look - 12 oz can into a tulip - pours a very hazy burnt orange with a nice frothy head. seems to be sediment/floaties (don't know if this is typical).
Smell - nice citrus/pine aroma, pretty good.
Taste - the citrusy bitter hops up front yield to a sweet/caramel finish with bitter aftertaste. I can see a lot of people liking that, but I don't particularly.
Feel - smooth, appropriately carbonated, crisp finish.
Overall - a solid IPA, but it won't turn any heads in this day and age.

L-Hazy gold with a large off white head that leave a lace
S-pine hops smell with some orange citrus aroma coming in also
T-citrus and pine flavor with the hops coming in strong in the aftertaste, but fading fast in the finish
F-highly carbonated, and light body
O-very good IPA looking forward to trying more from them
