March 2014: Shared bottle at hotel room tasting. Pale golden colour. Moderate malty and sweetish aroma. Revoltingly sweet flavour. No no no. Will re-rate if I get a new sample (somewhat colder) for free, but no way I’m going to pay money for this.

330ml bottle.
L: Clear, rich gold colour with a creamy, two-finger head that reduces quickly to a patchy cap with lace.
S: Clean, grainy aroma.
T: Clean, smooth, grassy taste. Good, hoppy bitterness.
F: Medium body, coats the tongue nicely, zero carbonation, very dry finish.
O: Enjoyable, premium lager. Very smooth. Excellent, rich mouthfeel. The low carbonation would make this beer a good match for curry.

Pours clear light golden beer with decent white head, retention is ok,aroma of pale malts and grassy-floral hops. Taste of biscuit malts, citrus and honey, nice and delicate hop bitterness. Light body and soft carbonation. Excellent organic craft lager.
