12 ounce bottle received as an extra from a recent trade with sholland119. Thanks, Scott!!!
Pours a tan to orange beer, clear from the get go, but suddenly becomes hazy as I add the yeast from the bottle of the bottle. Very little to no head after the initial, aggressive pour.
Sweet and tangy malts on the nose. I get scents of oranges, apricots, honey, light vinegar and grains of paradise.
Nice malt character on this one. It's moderately sweet and pleasing in flavor to me. The other, less obvious flavors in the taste are honey, apricot, plum and grains...
I wish the carbonation was a bit more, but overall it was very nice. Medium bodied and flavored.
