One of the last new Oktos for me this fall. I always try to snag some that I haven't had before. 12oz bottle poured into a pint glass.

Pours a dark honey-gold with a small sheet of lace on top. The nose is really simple with sweet grains, hay, biscuity malt. Good moderate body. Carbonation level is spot on. The taste is reminiscent of cider with some pale fruit character - sweet. Mild bitterness balances out the sweetness though. Caramel malt rounds this out making it a pleasure to drink.

This is one of the easiest styles for me to drink, and this one is no exception. Good beer.
