Appearance: Pours a hazy amber with a strong head that lasts quite a while and leaves good lacing

Smell: Mild toffee aromatics

Taste: Starts with a biscuity flavor followed by modest earthy hops

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation

Drinkability: On style, with a nice malt profile and delicate hopping

Yet another good beer produced in my home state of NJ by the Flying Fish Brewing Co.
