Very excited to try this one, it seems to be gaining traction on the boards. 22oz poured into a DFH Chalice.

A - Great looking beer. Pours a slightly hazy bright orange. Head is pillowy that settles in a nice soapy white layer. Nice legs.

S - Awesome smelling IPA. Very pungent pineapple and citrus that isn't too different than Founders Double Trouble. Maybe a little malt tucked into the back end.

T - Fantastic notes. The pineapple and citrus follow the nose. Very bright flavors and the malt, although taking a back seat, ties it all up nicely.

M - A little less fizz would be nice. Maybe I'm nitpicking, but overall a nice mouthfeel. Could stand to be a tiny bit thicker but I need to remind myself that this is not a double.

O - Wow, this one really takes me by surprise. This reminds me of the first time I had Maine Beer Co.'s IPA's, then 2 months later they started to gain steam on BA. This is totally worth trading for/seeking out. I would buy this repeatedly if it were available to me. Think Double Trouble or Sculpin. Great job Texas!

:Edit: This beer must be consumed fresh. It's one of those IPA's that loses it's boogie with time.

22 oz. bomber poured into tulip
(02/13/13 printed on bottle; drunk 5/25/13)

L: caramel with orange/amber highlights; big head, 1- 1 1/4-inch thick of fluffy full white-off-white foam that laces like a pro.

S: perfect blend of citrusy/piney hops and sweet candy (I can only assume from a big malt presence); the sweet is almost overpowering at times but never crosses the line; mango

T: malty sweet hops; big hop bite up front balanced with nice sweeter notes and some citrus notes; alcohol is nearly 100% hidden

F: good carbonation; a bit lighter weight ... almost watery but OK

O: great beer. the hidden alcohol and the sweetness in the taste that doesn't fully take over make it at least as good as any other DIPA I've had. if it were sweeter, it would lose points -- but it doesn't. a great balance with the hops so you get plenty of those without the brew being just another hop salad.

22 oz bottle
Served in a pint glass

A - Pours a beautiful copper color with a 2 finger off white head, dissipates to a thin layer thin layer on top that lingers, excellent lacing.

S - Lots of piney aromas with some citrus smells in the mix.

T - Mainly bitter and pine tastes here, but well balanced with a malty sweetness. Slight grape fruit flavors as well.

M - Medium to low carbonation. Low alcohol burn to it.Smooth slightly oily feel.

O - A really great IPA. A little more sweet maltyness would have suited my tastes more, but the bitterness was not to overpowering. As other have mentioned the flavors do become more pronounced as the beer warms. Really nice beer.

Saint Arnold Brewing Company - Saint Arnold Endeavour IPA

Look - Pours a slightly hazy thin copper amber with a small fizzy head that dissipates quickly. Nice solid rings of lacing.

Smell - Deep malt sweet with those signature Simcoe passion fruit hops. Alongside those is some slight grapefruit citrus hops and even a little pine, I am liking the balance as I am not a huge fan of Simcoe hops.

Taste - Snappy deep malty with the passion fruit hop coming in after. Slightly cloying sweet but then hops take it from there.

Mouthfeel - Slightly sticky, not overly boozy but slightly warming. Good drinkability. Medium bodied but well blended.

Overall - A good brew, I have taken issue with these kinds of hops in the past, the taste does not usually work for me as well as for others, I find it sort of sickly sweet citrus, but this brew does a great job of balancing it out. Simcoe hop fans would enjoy.
