Pours an amberish yellow. Medium white head turns to thin lace in a few minutes. Smells of American hops with not much malt (or anything else) behind it. Piney, biting hops come though when I taste it. The hops have enough bitterness to satisfy but I don't much like the metallic finish or the total lack of balance from the malt base. The somewhat substantial amount of alcohol is hidden well though. Overall I think its ok, but its not my favorite Saint Arnold's beer.
