Thin head on a very dark body with some light getting through, little lacing. Aroma of roasted malts and coffee notes, very simple. Flavor is also simple and traditional with roasted malts, hints of coffee and earthy hops and a touch of vanilla. Medium to full body ad light to moderate carbonation. Drinkable and simple. Not much else to say, definitely a good representation of the traditional style.
