Appearance – good golden color, mild tiny carbonation. Modest head that fades quickly. Not cloudy, but not quite clear.
Smell – No dominant scents. Fresh, and light hint of malt and yeast.
Taste – Fresh and clean. Light flavor, no strong overtones of any kind. A bit of a sweet finish that is very pleasant.
Mouthfeel – Crispy and refreshing. Balanced texture, not thin.
Drinkability – Very refreshing and light. Good summer beer. Not heavy or complex. Easy drinker, not a sipper.

New Holland Brewing Company. Pours clear, mild but deeper yellow, little lacing, low head. Clean flavors, not distinctly bready but wheat notes present, wet, light on hop bitterness. Floral and citrus notes midway. Good carbonation and follow-through.

A - looks like any light beer, but has a small head
- S - i didnt try to hard on this one, didnt smell much
T - it is a clean beer, but still has some yeast character to it. Mild hops and a light but somewhat flavorful malt profile. A little dryer than the other few kolshs I've had.
M - average. good carb
Good for a hot summer day, but I'd still definitely go with Goose Island's Summertime! good kolsh right there.

A-clean yellow, bright yellow, almost no head, but its a kolsch.
S-very pleasant, smells sorta close to a garden salad, kinda like a taco salad.
t- clean, with a slight lingering bitterness. full of flavor. A mild corn, with squash after taste.
m-really light bodied, carbonated really well, slight dryness in the center of the tongue getting more wet are juicy to the sides.
0- and excellent kolsch style, one of my fav. in the stlye. Perfect labor job beer, or hot day moving around a lot beer. Perfect during a day of yard work. If you like the style pick it up, this would be a great beer to get people who drink macro a lot into the craft soon, really pleasant and dead on with the style.
