Hazy pale yellow with slight wisps of light foam and fizz. Has similar look to its base beer. Citrussy lactic aroma without significant cheesy funk. Taste is lightly sour with very interesting cutrus flavor especially in the tail. One of my favorite of the so-called Floridaweisse beers I have had recently. Delicious beer.

On tap at the federal taphouse harrisburg nearly 4 months ago and just now getting caught up on reviews. Served in a snifter, the brew appears a clouded pale yellow color with white cap.
It smells lactic and lemony with yogurt and had almost a spritzer-like aspect with hints of lime.
The taste is tart per style with greek yogurt appeal, wheat and bready grain with lemon and limes into the aftertaste.
This is light in body with moderate carbobation and is effortlessly drinkable. Im not really sold on the description but as-is I enjoyed it and would have it again.
