Visited on recommendation from a dear friend. It was chilly so I chose to sit inside. Big bar area with plenty of space to accommodate crowds. Outdoor area looked fun. The beer selection was probably better than I expected: I knew these guys had lagers and good ales, didn’t expect sour beers so that was nice. Quality was very strong, whether a straight Czech dark lager or a complex smoked beer. Friendly staff; overall a very solid brewery.

Great space to hangout and drink a few beers. Huge outside patio space with table and lou ge chairs; it feels like your backyard. Great beer to-go in the coolers, awesome bottles of wild ales and guest beers as well. Tap list was pretty long, good mix of seasonal styles, stouts to lagers and experimental IPA's, even a seltzer. No food for sale but there are plenty of local restaurants in walking distance. Worth visiting if your near Tampa or Clearwater.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon, the place was crowded both inside and outside. They have a space where you can order beer without having to reach over those at the bar. We had a few and didn't stay too long as we headed back to another brewery. Overall nice place, good service, could have a better rotating list. We'll be back on a less crowded day.

Maybe I've turned into a curmudgeon or it was just one of those days but I wasn't too thrilled with my visit here. Wasn't bad at all, didn't have to wait for a beer or anything, and found a spot to sit outside, but somehow at 2PM on a Saturday afternoon this place was packed to the rafters with partiers (read: those dang millennials (sassa frazz)) and it was less of a chill party vibe then a loud, obnoxious, there's a ton of drunks here vibe. As is, the beer selection had enough styles to please the people, there was an outside area that was nice to sit at and the service was quicker than quick. I'll go back but I'm curious if I attended on the day of an event or something out of the ordinary.

If you fly in to Tampa don't pass go and come directly here! Amazing beers. Amazing vibe. They opened a sour building where I had the Alice which was a fantastic sour. Great vibe, hip with attractive people and families. This was the last stop in St Pete. Glad i didn't come here first I may never have left.

We stopped off here on a Thursday afternoon. It was moderately busy. Nice interior with a bar that seats a dozen or so. Big outdoor covered patio, probably bigger than the bar area. There's also a grassed area adjacent to the patio where you can play corn hole. There were 18 beers on tap, with a good variety, and a couple hard cider taps. We had Skyway IPA and a gose, both excellent. Service was impeccable. Will have to go back while we're in the area.

Great place to get a beer and chill, whether at the long bar, indoor tables, along the window, or outside in the humongous patio area. Dog friendly too. Lots of different beer styles to choose from, brewed on site. Beer in the cooler for takeaway. Super friendly folk behind the bar, excellent service and a brewer may pop out and have a beer ... Off street parking in front is limited, so park on 1st Ave North and walk 1/2 block around. Great tunes, a couple of TVs if it’s a game day, all around a great brewery plus great place to hang out.

Nice place. Too bad the beer stinks. All the beers have a berry watery body and slightly off flavors, as if the brewer had s permanent head cold or is missing some taste buds. Try Big Storm Brewing in Clearwater instead.

Vibe: I visited this place around 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy. The inside room was very crowded with just about all of the tables and seats at the bar filled up and the outside portion in the shade was also very busy. It looked like it was a popular hangout spot in the neighborhood.

Quality: Beers were served in tall cylindrical glasses at the proper temperature.

Service: The thing that I really liked about this place was that they had a dedicated area at the bar where you could walk up and order drinks (without having to reach over people that were sitting there). There were two bartenders dedicated to this area and another bartender covering the rest of the bar. As such, service was both efficient and quick.

Selection: During the time of my visit, I counted a total of 15 beers from the brewery available on-tap. All were available in multiple sizes (e.g., 16 oz./pitcher/growler, 4 oz./16 oz./pitcher).

Cool spot in a cool neighborhood, in a great part of Florida. Great weather to boot on the day we visited...Larger and open feeling room, large windows and very pleasant out door space...they make very tasty ales, NEIPAs available to go in tall cans. Great place to visit and enjoy if you are visiting...I'm sure I'd spend too much time here if I was a local..well worth a visit.

Fantastic space - huge outdoor garden, large bar area, farm table seating. Rustic/modern vibe. Service is quick (if not always particularly friendly). Live music, art shows, food trucks.

In St. Pete on walkabout now with J & D; Dali in my eyes. Brewery & brewery, and now down Baum Ave North, which feels more like an alleyway for the backside of things to the adjacent blocks than an avenue in and of itself (it’s probably the large front end loader garbage containers in the road, you know, like you’d find in an alley). Breweries. We’ve seen some things today, true, but in my head, it was all really leading to here…

Standalone bricky building halfway down the block, let’s go inside and see the what what! It’s a single room space with a baker’s dozen stooled curvy bar; concrete with a lip and colorful hexagon block base along the back wall. Large windows over the barback counter space with glassware & wine, offering brew room views back there and a logo piece above. Mural stags head over a panel row of 15 logo handled taps on the barback right side, and a trio of cylinderish stand ups off the other end of the bar in a pair of trios with a duo in between (that’s 3, 2, 3), these pouring the mostly not beery things.

White cinder block walls, concrete floorings, and an A-framed arched ceiling with wood planks and rafters. Ducts and fence door orange filament bulbs on piping. Great pan lamps lining above the bar with a million small holes in them; they look like they’ve taken target practice abuse from many a pellet gun but I’m sure the effect is that they shine stars at night (= awesome). Flats on the ends of the windows looking over the brewroom and another somewhat cornered; one for the viewing of things sports or otherwise, and the others being tap list boards (supplier, beer name, style with descriptors, an approximation of liquid color, ABV, and pricing for the serving size(s), and pitchers & growlers, where applicable).

Big bottle cooler in the corner, a swag box and a large worn and washed out state of Florida map framed on the far wall, and medals & event poster bills framed on the near pieced wood wall. 3 shared tables off the bar in the center of the room, and 15 stools on the tall vertical accordion window bar counter ledge up front overlooking the action on Baum Ave North.

16 beers (The hoppys (Green Bench IPA, 6.8%; De Soto Low, Session IPA, 2.3%; Skyway, Session IPA, 4.4%; Sunshine City IPA, Pac NW IPA, 6.8%; Over the Bay IPA, w/Citra, Azacca, & Pekko, 7%, collab with Coppertail; Demen’s, Black IPA, 7.3%; Happy Hermit Pale Ale, 4.9%), the Belgians (Les Grisettes, Grisette, 4%; Saison de Banc Vert, Saison, 7%; Saison de Banc Noir, Dark Saison, 6%; Beemo Saison, Table beer w/Belma & Mosaic, 4.4%; Rye Saison, 7%), the other things (Prop, Blonde Ale, 4.5%; Palladium Porter, 6%; Stay Dry Stout, Dry Stout, 5.2%; Golden Sour, American Sour Ale, 6%), and a half dozen not beery things (Pinellas Peach Cider, 6.8%; Roof Top Cider, 6.1%; The Northerner, Session Mead w/apple & cherry, 6.3%; Lemon Ginger Beer, Margarita Lime Kombucha, & Cold Quintero nitro cold brew coffee). I drank the Beemo Saison (lovely) and the Stay Dry Stout (Oh, oaty goodness) but I’ve been drinking their wares all about town, and they’re solid.

And out the side door to the patio, done with the same colored hex blocks as the bar base. Rectangle tables under the awning, a single looooong shared table stooled & umbrella’d beyond the perimeter, and sets of lawn chairs riddled about. There’s a large lawn there for kids play, sun soaking, day drinking, and movie watch (Oooh, ‘The Princess Diaries’ tonight. “That Anne Hathaway, does she like lambic?” I wonder). Strung lighting across the yard and food truck parking. As long as you’re out there, do go on walkabout and take in that crazy mural across the street 3 sides around the building there (‘The Wolf’, by Sebastian Coolidge. It’s um, something, all right).

Got some bottles to go. Wish I could’ve done a little a lot more and I mean a whole fucking lot more time here but I’ll make up for it next year. The place jams, troo!

Pretty nice location, not quite on the main road, but just a short walk to the next street beside it, giving a bit of a buffer from the traffic. This is a hip, open air spot with a long bar, a nice outdoor seating area and some pour your own water. The bar has a great view of the production area thanks to massive windows behind it, and they have quite a sizeable taplist.

When we were there, taps were limited because Foeder for Thought was about to take over, but what was on draft was of a good quality, and they had just released a new collaboration bottle with Jester King, which was absolutely stunning. Their beer cred is massive, because they brought the fireworks with their event later that evening.

Visited on Saturday August 20th around 5:30 PM. It was Tampa Rays game at 7:30 PM so there were a lot of pre game fans making their way through before the game. Nice place; was a old service garage before so they utilized the bay door design well. I can see the place being completely open during the winter months. The selection was quite enormous. There were at least 18 drafts of their stuff and then a few guest spots of local root beer, etc. The brewery tour was excellent and they gave out 3 free samples during the 45-minute tour/discussion. It sounds like they are in the middle of planned expansion, so I will be curious how the place stacks up after some changes.

I thought the service was good. They had four bartenders on staff to handle the volume. Each was able to give recommendations and allow for samples of their specialties. They offered growlers (32 oz and 64 oz), bottles, and cans to take off premise. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to have food while you drink.

They had almost 20 beers on tap and offered flight paddles of 4. Nice digital draft list on 2 huge tvs. Available bottles and cans to go. No food, but I believe you can bring anything in. The whole tap room is very well done, but the outdoor area is very nice. Plenty of tables, fenced in area for kids to run around, giant jenga and corn hole boards, and they have movies on certain nights.

Great space in downtown St. Petersberg! Went this evening with my wife and mother-in-law. The space is very RH like on the inside for decor, I liked it. Outside the patio was a good space for some games and drinking. They had about 16 beers on tap and some ciders and mead. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the cans, bottles, and growlers to go when done drinking at the tap room. Overall, I had a great time trying their different beers, even my mother-in-law enjoyed some of the sours they had on tap.
