look: 4 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3 | overall: 3.5

Appearance: Body is honey in color. Pure white head has decent lacing and good retention.

Smell: surprisingly hoppy on the nose but it does not come across as bitter. Wheat notes are subdued behind the hops but give the aroma a nice soft landing on the nose.

Taste: hoppy. Not much traditional wheat flavor at all. Not necessarily a bad thing since this beer comes across as a very mellow drinking pale ale but with a wheat base.

mouthfeel: Smooth, decent amount of carbonation, and drinkable.

overall: not a bad beer at all and if you are in boise and want to checkout a brewpub there probably isn't a better place than Sockeye to checkout.
