Purchased on a trip to Branson, MO upon the recommendation from a distributor while sitting at a bar. Pour was copper/orange, crisply clear, capped by just under 2 fingers of white snappy foam and leaving behind scant lace. Aromas abound with bright fruit - apple, green grape, pear, and pineapple with a bit of grassy hops. The palate supports the nose - crisp apple, grape, pear, and some orange. Also some black pepper spice and mild hop to balance. Not too bubbly with a medium soft feel, but not silky. Everything about this tripel is excellent. I will never come home from the Springfield area without something from this brewery in tow. Can't wait to see more.

Pours an effervescent copper with a finger of ivory colored head. Stays effervescent, some head retention & lacing
S: Pineapple, pears, perfumy hops & apple blossom
T: Pineapple, pears, wine sap apples & dryness up front. More pears, pineapple & some grapefruit as this warms, a touch of grapefruit & honeysuckle too. Finishes dry, fruitty, with pineapple, woody & grapefruit hops
MF: Medium bodied, perfect carbonation, slightly sticky
A nice tripel, a tad too dry for perfection, but so easy to drink

Pours a cloudy, amber color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and decent lacing. Smells of sweet malt, yeast, slight pale malt, hint of spice, alcohol, and a hint of hops. Fits the style of a Tripel. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, hint of pale malt, yeast, alcohol, hint of roasted malt, spice, and a hint of hops. Overall, good aroma, blend, and body.
