What a disappointing beer. It's straw-colored with a soapy head, which is alright I suppose, and then everything else is mediocre, weak malts and hops that just end up tasting astringent.
I felt like it sat on my tongue, and for that reason among others it was hard to drink. Will not be ordering ever again.

Poured into a Haake Beck Mug. I got the beer and the mug as part of a wedding present. Pours a bright clear yellow with a soapy white head which thins out but hangs around near the edges.
Smell is weak and like an average american lager. Taste is slightly better than a standard lager, a bit malty and not much hop flavor. I must admit that I'm not really a fan of lagers in general and the best by date on the bottle was this month.

33 cl bottle brought home from Germany by my uncle as a present.
Clear light yellow color, like straw.
Big white frothy head.
Fresh malty, a bit sour, scent.
Malty taste and aftertaste.
Rather high bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel.
A nice summerbier with high drinkability and good thirst clenching capability.

This poured to an extremely light golden yellow with a small head that quickly faded. For lace, there's a line or two.
The smell is very weak and what is there just isn't appealing. The taste helps out a little bit, but not much. It's of plain malts and the hop profile just doesn't work out very well.
