12 oz 2022 can from the Wall of Beer in Clemson SC ($2.29).
Appearance. Hazy golden body with a decent white head.
Apparently this is a single hop (Mosaic) pale ale. If so, it's a great showcase for this hop variety. The ale has a terrific, fruity aroma and a harmonious, fruity flavor profile.
Overall. One of the best pale ales I've had.

Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Poured from a 22 oz. bottle into an unmarked pint glass.
A: Pours a nice hazy gold, with relatively low visible carbonation after the initial rush. Forms a two-finger white head with excellent retention for a hoppy beer.
S: Pure mosaic goodness - tropical fruits and dank, grassy and tangelos. Light cracker malt body.
T: Follows the nose - tropical fruits and a creamy mango orange puree. Lesser dank than the nose. Biscuity sweet malts. A modest amount of bitterness, but with good tropical fruitiness in the hang.
M: An average body for an APA, and typical low alcohol presence. Relatively low carbonation sensation contributes to a bit of a creamy mouthfeel for the style.
O: I really, really enjoyed this one. I don't know if it's a single hop beer...but given the name, it seems a reasonable inference. Either way, very tasty.

Appearance: dark golden yellow with a 1/2" head. Spotty coating remains after it falls.
Smell: light tropical fruit and citrus.
Taste: caramel, grapefruit, orange, pineapple, and a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp at the start, less crisp at the finish.
Overall: a solid pale ale that is easy to drink and has a balanced flavor profile.

Beautiful burnt orange color that is loaded with hop haze, underneath a light tan head. Grapefruit and berry aromas are most prominent on the nose, and there’s a nice malt component, too.
The taste has a load of dank grapefruit flavors, but the berry flavor is where this shines for me. That combined with the bready malt flavor significantly elevates this, IMHO.
I really like Rhinegeist, and this beer is another example why - they always execute, at least in my experience.

Appearance: Departs the can and fill the pint glass with a cloudy honey colored liquid and is topped by two fingers of white foam; clumpy lacing
Smell: Shortbread malt tones with the Mosaic expressing berries and tropical fruits
Taste: The sweeter dimension from the shortbread arrives early and lingers late; papaya, blueberry and some dank and grassy bitterness, through the middle, though the finish reverts to the malt
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A pleasant APA that could benefit with a bit more of a nod to the hops

Clear, golden color. Modest head but it leaves wide streaks for lace.
Hoppy aroma with a light earthiness. Excellent pale malt base which is hard to catch, but it reminds me of a Munich Helles.
The taste is far more harsh than the smell. Strong hop bitterness in a neutral way. Moderate body and carbonation. The aftertaste is earthy and long-lasting leaving a "dirty" aftertaste.
