Pours a murky golden color with a nice head and lacing
Aroma has oak, orange zest, coriander and sea salt hints
The taste follows the nose with a very pleasant and well balanced slightly sour oak, orange zest, coriander and sea salt flavor
A light bodied very well carbonated beer
A great Gose

I prefer a more classic gose. The dry hopping adds an interesting element, but makes the beer unrecognizable as a gose.

An elevated gose with a wild flair. Murky golden pour with a white head. Aromas of citrus backed by bright oak, orange in particular is strong, pale grains, coriander and salt linger in the background. Taste adds some sweet stone fruit, hints of bretty funk, and cleaner salt and finish without losing the fascinating wild character. Feel is lightly sour and bodied, moderately oaky, bright in a paler way and finishes dry. Wonderful take on the style

750mL into a tulip. Pours a hazy straw w/ minimal head, lively champagne carbonation.
Aroma is an odd blend of pale biscuity malt, herbal/floral notes, and stomach acid. Intriguing but not 100% appetizing. Some grapefruit rind.
Taste is a blend of sour acidity and pale neutral malt. Bright and crisp, light and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is crisp with a dry finish. Very drinkable.
Overall a good, refreshing, unique wild ale.
