Jungle Jim's is a great place to get beer. They have such a huge collection, it would be impossible to go into what they have. Macros, micros, imports... it would be impossible to not find several of each beer style represented, and they have brews from several US regions.
I picked up a BrewDog amber, an English made Scotch ale, and a six pack of Raging Bitch.
Service in the beer aisles was non-existant. I saw one employee who didn't offer any help at all. Had the check-out girl not been polite, service would've been scored as a one.
As far as beer goes, though, if you're in the area, you should definitely stop by.
EDIT: forgot to mention, I coded the price as inexpensive not because the beers are necessarily cheap, but because I've never seen them cheaper anywhere else.

Biggest and best selection of beers in Southwest Ohio. I live about 40 minutes away and it's worth an occasional trip. Often have lots beers in the shelves that have limited availability elsewhere. Hard to describe anything they specialize in, as they seem to have it all -- Belgium's, Germans, English, Stone, Unibroue, Ommegang -- they typically stock it all. Be sure and check out the monthly beer tasting events -- often held in the event center next door. They are often well worth the price of admission just to hear the guest speaker.

Man...I wish we could have such a place in Western PA! Stopped by here while in the area on business...recommended on this site by local BAs!
Massive super store...more amusement park like than anything! But, I will try to focus on the beer...
They have isles...6 I think...of beer to choose from. Mixed singles, bombers and sixers are together and cases can be found in various other locations.
The quality is super. Lots of big name craft beers as well as locals. They seem to have the good stuff from all the breweries...limited releases, BA, that sort of thing...
I really cannot speak for the service, but I did see one person stocking a shelf and he answered my question. No pushy sales person in your face...
The pricing is great in my opinion, but I am basing that off of the high PA pricing.
I will stop by here whenever I am in the area. Great selection, quality and pricing!

This place is overwhelming! So, I am going to focus on the beer, because this is the only reason that I go here. The selection is QUALITY! Almost anything that you want, you can find here....that is anything that can be distributed here (I miss Lagunitas...for some reason it is not distributed to SW Ohio). I come here to stock up on various beer that I want/need. Especially for brew day.
There are 4 and 6-pack, bombers, and single (though not very good selection for make your own 6-pack)The only problem for me is it is out of the way to go there.

Visited this past weekend. If you are to visit, give yourself at least an hour. This may give you enough time to scratch the surface. Very nice beer selection. They had most of the well distributed stuff from Cali, just about all that the East Coast/Midwest has to offer, and a wide variety of foreign beers. International food section was huge. We split just about all of our time here and the beer section. Service seemed to be pretty good, had about 3-4 workers ask if I needed help. Prices weren't all that bad, normal for craft beer. Must see for Cincinnati.

Jungle Jim's is truly Foodie Land - while I'll focus on the beer here the whole store is a huge 2-3 hour experience especially if you're looking for a wide range of international food. Just about any food from any place on the world can be found here - they've even started growing an African part of the store.
So onto the beer - massive selection broken down by country. Lots of single bottles of Belgian, German, English, Scottish, Asian, European, and many other beers. Very good selection of Trappist ales here - all three Rocheforts are here (6, 8, and 10). Large wall of US beers broken down by region (East, West, Central, South) as well as a wall of singles around the corner so you can mix and match your own six pack. Also large pallets of 6 and 12 packs of imports and domestics all over the place. You'll have a hard time NOT filling up your cart to the top.
Do check the dates on the bottles - more than once I've seen something and then noticed the date is several months ago. Sometimes this may be worthwhile if you're planning a cellaring experiment, but other times it has not been as enjoyable.
The place is clean and it's a great grocery store shopping experience. I can't say anything negative about the place beyond the occasional old bottle and when I have asked for help, the people have always been friendly.

I've never really thought about supermarkets as an attraction, but this place is definitely tour-worthy. Jungle Jim's is an attraction unto itself, and has a great selection of beer, much as it has a great selection of pretty much everything it sells - olives, cheese, hot sauce, honey, - really everything! I've derided both beer pricing and selection in Ohio since I moved to here from Wisconsin a few months ago, but Jungle Jim's is a definite exception...it is by far the best beer selection I've seen in OH, and while I feel I've been victimized by Ohio's minimum-markup laws, I feel like the prices here weren't bad.
They have mixed-sixes, although the pricing and selection on the mixed-sixes weren't great. But the bomber and six-pack selection were great, and while the place isn't cheap, it is not as bad as other beer stores I frequent in OH.
I didn't speak to anyone here; no idea what service is like here, but it's a grocery store - other than getting help finding the hoisin sauce and the Boboli, do you expect from a grocery store?

6 friggin acres of shopping happiness. There's a party room upstairs for tastings, which they do well. If you can't find what you want at Jungle Jims, you don't need it.
Service is not bad; no one offered help but there was plenty of friendly staff around to answer questions.
Nice selection of beers; Southern Tier, Stone, Lagunitas, Bell's, Hoppin Frog, etc... Beer is stacked pretty high with some of the rarer offerings from some quality brewers.
Prices seemed to be at state minimum making it a reasonable place to buy beer in southern Ohio.

Always an adventure at jungle Jim's. A pretty good selection of singles and sixers.. not a lot in cold storage though. They also have some home brewing supplies which is always a plus. Finding someone in the beer department is sometimes difficult, but the employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. Just got a BA BORIS there a week ago!
Check out the rest of the store, as it has some pretty awesome non-beer related finds.. where else can you buy Kangaroo Steaks, Durian Fruit, Bass Shandy, vegemite, and craft beer under one roof?
Also good for the cigar smokers, however, not as good of a selection as other local stores, and their liquor selection is sadly lacking.
Still a good place to hit, and an easy way to kill an hour or two. Prices are about average for the area..

I've been here several times and enjoy browsing the beer section. I've only made one specific trip there for beer alone, but now that I'm aware of other area stores that are much nearer, I probably won't be doing that again just because the drive is kind of a pain.
Quality: Very nice - pretty much a great selection of low to high end beers. Not sure if I'd really find any kind of hidden treasures out there, but there's definitely a great arena to search through and find many things you may need/want.
Service: Not especially impressed by this and I haven't been approached on numerous occasions for assistance. I've also heard some things about the people that work there, such as not really not knowing what's going on with various releases and availability of various beers. Haven't had that experience myself yet and I'm sad to kind of taint my review with their thoughts, but the folks that have shared this with me are trustworthy and I feel OK about it in the end.
Selection: Pretty wide. Again, as mentioned above, it's not really a place I would expect to find any hidden treasures, but definitely a very solid selection overall that you could kill plenty of time browsing. I do wish they had more of a selection of singles to pick through, but they've also go ta pretty solid glassware selection as well.
Value: Fair enough - evenly priced and I don't feel overdone at all.
