This place doesn't look special due to it's size but don't let it fool you. Place is packed inside, allows singles of most if not all of its beers, and the service was great as well. The people there were well versed in the releases and breweries and very helpful. There was many beers I couldn't find in other places as well including some high end beers. This is the best store I have had the pleasure of walking into in the state of Michigan and the scores need to show accordingly. The cost was ok, maybe a little higher but I bought quite a bit and in general Michigan is a little more costly for beer than Wisconsin (not to mention I lose the bottle deposit every time). I would definitely go back again, Perfect Score!

I have been a regular at Siciliano's Market for several years now (well, basically since I turned 21, nearly 3½ years ago). I used to live about a mile down the road at an apartment complex and go there several times a week. Now a live a little ways across town and don't get there as much as I'd like, but I'm still a regular shopper.
Siciliano's has made some marked improvements in their selection recently. An entire glass case at the front counter which used to house cigars, I believe, is now filled with glassware which had previously always been missing. The glassware selection is pretty good and the prices are fair. They are now also carrying numerous gift/sampler packs (Ommegang, a Belgian sampler of some sort, etc.) which were previously also not carried. The Belgian import section seems to be ever-growing, which is nuts because it was always huge -- easily the biggest in West Michigan and probably the biggest in the state -- but now it's just getting outrageous. The amount of Belgian specialty and high-end beers is overwhelming despite the fact that they're all essentially crammed as tightly as possible onto one shelving unit.
The rest of the beer selection is massive with very little if anything missing. Singles of everything, most of it stored on floor space, but there is plenty of beer in their singles fridges and the large walk-in cooler as well. The prices here are at highest market average, sometimes a bit lower, but usually right on par.
There is also a lot of non-beer stuff to look through and buy in the store: lots of homebrewing equipment, cigars and bulk pipe tobacco, tobacco pipes and equipment, bulk coffee, an entire liquor wall behind the counter, a decent selection of wine and mead in the back corner, non-alcoholic drinks in the cooler, beer, wine and alcohol-related books and magazines, and more.
The owner and staff are unparalleled: all very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and helpful. They all know their stuff when it comes to beer and anything else the store has to offer. If you're from the area, make this a regular stop; if you're not from the area try to visit here if you're ever in Grand Rapids!

What do you need to know?
Just go there.
This place is my favorite go-to beer store. Friendly and informative staff, excellent selection, and reasonable prices.
Honestly, what more can you ask for?
An excellent source for the homebrewer, or someone just starting out expanding their beer horizons. Also has cigars, wine making supplies, and books.
There is no other store like it in Grand Rapids. A one stop-all you need- experience. Well, besides food. But who needs that when you have beer?

You want local, national, and international beer? They got it.
Want a good selection of wine? They got it.
How about homebrew supplies, tobacco, and coffee beans? They got it.
Just an excellent store and I had the good fortune to live less than 10 minutes away from it for years. Knowledgable staff that will suggest things for you and request speciality beers, and (sadly) up until recently an excellent pizza place next door.
If you're travelling to GR for Founders or any beer event, stop by Sicilano's. Nuff said.

This is the only place to buy craft beer in Grand Rapids. There really is no point in looking anywhere else since Sicilianos has the largest selection. The staff is very friendly to the point of knowing my name soon after I started shopping there. I also brew so the store is amazing in that regard. The staff knows there beer and are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to brewing. It is always fun to walk in there to find out what new beers they have in stock. They recently expanded and took over the space next door. This allowed them to add to their homebrew supplies.

Siciliano's Market is a wonderful place to find your favorite beers, spirits or wines. If you are a Home Brewer you can get your supplies here. I highly recommend stopping by here. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for something that is hard to find they probably have it or they can get it for you. I try to frequent Siciliano's weekly. They always have new Brews coming in every week. They also carry cigars and tobaccos which gives it an inviting aroma when walking into the store.

Siciliano's really is the destination for craft beer fans and homebrewers alike in West Michigan. I don't live near the store, but find myself making frequent trips there to pick things up, especially on "New Beer Friday." Absolutely A+ service, and the people working in the shop are all highly knowledgeable on their products, and are always willing to assist. The best selection of craft beer I've been able to find within 100 miles (plus everything can be purchased by the bottle). Really solid selection of homebrew supplies and equipment. There have only been a few instances where Siciliano's didn't have what I needed, and in those cases it was hard to find in the first place, even through a national internet homebrew retailer. Fierce advocates for the local homebrewing community, not to mention generous sponsors of local events and competitions. I can say with confidence that without Siciliano's, there is no way I would be able to enjoy homebrewing and craft beer the way I do now. West Michigan is very lucky to have a resource like this in its backyard.

Great store for a micro lover or homebrewer. The service is excellent and the staff really know their stuff. This store also has a great wine, cigar, and liquor selection. They have homebrewing books as well. Probably the best homebrew shop in Michigan. The only suggestion is finding more new beers every once in awhile b/c I have tried basically every beer they have. Maybe get rid of all the euro pils shit that never seems to move and make room for some more American micros or Belgians, but that's just my preference.

The place for homebrewing supplies in West Michigan. I think there was only one time when they didn't have a grain I wanted. They carry both White Labs and Wyeast brand yeast, which is a bonus. Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to help you out or answer a question, or give a friendly nudge towards all grain brewing.
The beer selection is impressive, one of the best I've seen in Michigan. Full lineups of Bell's, New Holland, Founders, and lately Dark Horse and Kraftbrau. Usually a nice selection of english ales and Unibroue. The only store in West Michigan I've seen Dogfish Head in.

This is quite possibly the best beer store in all of the west michigan area. Selection is second to none and prices are very reasonable. All selections are available as single, so you can feel free to make your own six pack. Great selection of Michigan micro brews from Founders, New Holland and of course Bell's (Kalamazoo Brewing Co.) Also carries extensive home brew supplies. Large walk-in humidor filled with various cigars (not into that, so no idea if they are any good or not) Constantly updating line with new choices as they become available.
