Poured a slightly cloudy orange color with one-finger head that leaves lace down the glass and has a slightly bitter aroma with some tropical fruits and touches of acidity. Heftier body so has a good malt base with a tropical and grapefruit sweetness that balances with mild acidic bitterness and finishes easy and slightly dry.

Really enjoyed this beer, nice soft bitterness followed by layers of fruit that linger for a moment. Smooth profile throughout the palate.

Undated bottle into pint glass. Pours a deep, cloudy amber with a light amber head that dissipates quickly. Initial impression is tropical fruits, grapefruit, orange, a little touch of pine, and offset nicely by caramel malts. mouthfeel is sticky and chewy. Carbonation is kind of light - just about perfect for the style. Alcohol is well hidden. Finish is sticky and slightly sweet, with little or no residual bitterness. This is good stuff. My first offering from Monocacy, and I'm suitably impressed.

On tap at Monocacy Brewing in Frederick, MD.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange, with a good one inch head, and a lot of lacing.
This smells like sweet candied citrus, very light pine, and grapefruit.
The Mosaic is a bit heavy handed here, as it provides a bit too much sweetness, as it sort of gets candied and *slightly* syrupy. There's not quite enough bitterness here to combat it. It's still definitely tasty, but not exactly my preference.
This is medium bodied, but not quite crisp enough, with a normal level of carbonation.
This was probably the least of the beers I tried from these guys, but it was still a nice beer anyway.
