Atmosphere- 612 Brew is located in an older warehouse type building in one of the many artist areas around Northeast Minneapolis. The space is very utilitarian in style with and artsy edge. Lots of tables of various heights, plenty of seating and a good amount of open space makes this brew pub cozy. Large painted 612 Brew mural and standing room along their wall of brewing equipment lets you know exactly where you are.

Quality- I had/sampled 3 of their beers. All where good but the Rated -R was the standout and the one i will tell friends about. I wouldn't be afraid to bring a beer snob or noobie here. My feeling is they have something for everyone.

Service- Prompt and polite. someone even was coming around and collecting glasses/ washing down tables.

Selection- they had 5 beers listed, 4 mainstays and i seasonal. One of the mainstays was sold out. Good selection, something for everyone as i said before.

Food- Natedogs was serving hot dogs that people seemed to be enjoying but i did not partake.

Value- was reasonable as compared to other brewpubs in the area.

Thumbs up, i'll be visiting here again for another Rye-IPA.
