Honey Moon appears a pale straw color, it is transparent. The head was bright white with little retention.

It had a lemon zest aroma with hints of honey and wheat.

The taste starts with tartness and lemon zest, it then moves in to a sweet honey taste, and finishes with a light creamy flavor.

Its mouthfeel was medium with good amounts of carbonation.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this beer. I thought it would have the traditionally aggressive flavors that I feel most Blue Moon products have, but it was very drinkable. The honey taste is well balanced with traditional Hefe Weizen flavors.
