500ml bottle poured into a tulip glass.
A- looks pretty fantastic, a clear gold/slight amber with some chill haze. Head is beautiful, a nice egg shell white.
S- Lots of cascade hop aromas. Orange and grapefruit, not much funk to be had.
T- Flavor is very nice. Follows the nose. Brett funk is very muted, which is good for a person like me that gets the "band-aid" flavor on funky Brett beers.
M- Pretty dry, but pleasantly so. Ample carbonation.
O- Quite pleased I tried this one out, much better than I thought it would be.

Appearance: The Brett has done its thing over the last two years and the initial pour is all foam so I have to reduce the angle to get some liquid to dispense, as well; the honey golden liquid winds up being topped by a massive head that sticks forever so lacing and head become one
Smell: Funky and leathery, with subtle tropical fruit undertones of lychee, custard apple and guava
Taste: Funk forward, with strong leather and horse blanket elements; the tropical fruit tones detected in the aroma build, through the middle; modest bitterness, after the swallow, but the finish is a return to the prelude
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: This bee got lost in the back of the shelf as I normally would not have allowed a Brett IPA to develop for quite this long; what we have now is more like a Brett Saison and it is not at all unpleasant to drink

Appearance: Dispenses a clouded, dulled gold body with a steep head of near white foam.
Smell: A crackery, subtly bready (sans breadcrust) malt base scaffolding for the tropical, resiny, floral hops and slight brett mustiness.
Taste: A varied parade of the lighter malt tastes along the Malt Rainbow, from hewn hay to biscuits, white bread and crackers, though there are perhaps some hints of cookie-ish sweetness to be had. Resinous, tropical hops, mostly citric white grapefruit and papaya backed by the freshest of florals. Moderate bitterness. Brett infused funkiness throughout. Finishes dry, a bit citric with a final flush of suds.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Well carbonated, leaving you a bit gassy.
Overall: Though I found it to be fairly good, the lady proclaimed the beer was "like I stuck my tongue in liquid soap." Can't please 'em all, I suppose.

Aged over one year.
The aroma has huge fruity, juicy hop notes of tropical fruit and citrus fruit! Slight barnyard funky character, wet grass and a bit of biscuit.
The taste is much funkier, barnyard, earthy, wet hay kind of Brett notes along with tangerine, orange, peach, mango and melon.
Very drinkable, too drinkable for almost 9%!
Really well done Brett DIPA and I would purchase again easily!
