Dropped by the facility on 11/7 to taste some beers. I was very impressed with the physical space. They have a state of the art brewery with beautiful equipment, incredible for such a new brewery.
The tasting room is nice, it's got lots of pretty wood and that great, wort smell. The bartenders were friendly (one was an apprentice brewer). They knew their stuff. I tried most of the beers, Route of All Evil was the best, the rest were pretty mediocre. They do a ton of contract brewing at the facility too.
Overall, I had an awesome experience. The brewery doesn't have the vibe of most, small microbreweries, it has a slightly more corporate feel which means a more polished appearance and slightly less character.

Brewery is right behind a plexiglass window. Bar is a wrap around bar with several tap locations. Bartenders were knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the beers to sample. Price was reasonable. Seems like it would be a fun place to be around happy hour (I was there at 3pm, opening)

I've been to this place quite a few times.
Amazing atmosphere. The brewery is in a re-purposed old factory and they did a lot to maintain that aesthetic. There's lots of exposed steel and old wood and a few old bits of old equipment around either in use or as decoration (one bathroom has one of those giant, industrial basin sinks with the foot pedal faucet controls).
All the beers are solid. They're not all world-class, but there's not a bad one in the bunch either. They range in quality from good to great, and some of the seasonals are truly top-notch.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. If it's really busy it can be tough to get service, but that can't be helped. Growler fills can sometimes take a while though.
There's always a good selection of beers available. They offer five year-round brews as well as multiple seasonal offerings. At any given time there's between six and nine different beers available. There's not always a great variety of styles, but that's not a common problem.
They don't sell food, but if you want something to eat there's usually some pretty good food trucks parked in the lot.
The prices are pretty typical of what you'd pay for a draft beer in the area. Pints are between $4.00 and $6.00, depending on the style. Small taster glasses are $2.00. Not an amazing value, but not at all unreasonable.
Overall, I'd highly recommend checking the place out if you have the opportunity.

Two Roads Brewery has an excellent choice of beers. The staff is well trained regarding there beer selection and about the characteristics of the beer. A pretty cool place to sit on a Sunday afternoon to have a few drinks and look into the brewery (Its a huge place). The only down fall to the brewery is that they don't serve food but they do give out menus for local restaurants that will deliver your food to the brewery and they also have food trucks that come on Fri Sat and Sun for lunch.

I went there a week after they opened with high hopes. They have done an excellent job with the space - it is a great place to hang out. And their marketing is amazing - their beers instantly appeared everywhere. Too bad the beer is so disappointing - in particular the IPA. If you like the beer at SBC, you will probably like Two Roads. I may try it again in the future, but not what they are currently bottling.

The brewery is located in the old Baird building in Stratford, CT. The brown brick building had been sitting empty for years and was in need of a new tenant. Two Roads moved in and created a great atmosphere that preserves the old legacy of the areas rich industrial contributions to America. Basically, Two Roads is a great local micro- brewery with many different and creative offerings. Nice to see a local beer brewery that's serious about growing their brand while helping out the local economy. Highly recommended.

It had some good beers, not crazy about atmosphere. I did like the Igor Sikorsky beer. It was an old machine shop that most of people in stratford worked at back in the day. They kept original flooring and office areas, which was cool.. No food trucks on the saturday when were there, but you can order in with delivery from local restaurants.

What a cool spot! I love what they've done with what they had. You will feel as if you stepped back in time in an old factory. Usually a food truck outside, easy to get to and get out. I like their beers but I think more focus could be put into their stuff before contracting out their enormous capacity. When I go back I'd like to drink a few as I look at the before photos of the facility. They have done a lot for that neighborhood by rehabbing an old historic factory.

This place is a gem. By far the most beautiful brewery in the state. Huge space with an amazing history behind it and the tasting room is just amazing. The bar is made from the original floor that was a part of this 100 year old factory. More space than you even need in a tasting room. Tours are fun and done be a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always something fun going on here and on the weekends they always have great local food trucks. Their beers are pretty solid with some awesome limited releases so far. I see nothing but great things coming from this brewery. I frequent the place quite often since it is only a half hour away from me. I see Two Roads being around for quite a long time and I'm proud to say they are from CT.

Local gem!! Very exciting to have a brewery like this in CT. We deserve it. You must
visit this brewery if your passing the CT. Brewery tours are usually given by a brew
master, which is absolutely amazing.
Two Roads recently had an awesome release of Igor's Dream, which is a limited release of their IRS. I was honored to be the the 1st in line, and obtained bottles 1-3. I hope to be 1st in line next for the same release.
