Notes:
A big, hoppy IPA with plenty of bite! Our assertive, hop-centric Double IPA has a lean malt backdrop and is brewed with four American hop varieties – Summit, Palisade, Cascade and Magnum. Piney, citrus, floral, not-for-the-timid!

Had on tap at their tasting room.
Appearance: One inch head, amber in color, clear, low carbonation
Smell: citrus hops and toasted malt
Taste: sweet biscuit and caramel start, citrus hops dominate the middle with piney hops jumping in at the end.
Mouthfeel: sweet start with a bitter middle and a less bitter end, light bodied, medium, carbonation
Overall:This one packs a punch. A solid double IPA. I kind of see Troeg's Nugget Nectar as comparable to this although it has been several months since I last had one. This is a good a juicy double IPA. I would get this again.

Amber orange pour with minimal fuzzy white head. Scant lacing.
Nose is pine with orange, some hint of grapefruit
Taste is a quick burst of citrus up front followed by piney dry hops. Not massive, but potent enough to know what you're drinking. Mostly resin and pine, not too much in the realm of complexity.
Feel is medium body with a nice resin stick to it.
A very nice Imperial IPA. Not mind blowing, but for a new local start up's initial offering, really good. Look forward to more good things with more experience!

12 oz. brown bottle. No date.
A: Typical deep amber with a large off white head. Nice lacing and good retention.
S: Sweet malt. Hops. Citric. Not as strong as I expect from this style. More fruity less
hoppy. Still nice.
T/M: Sweet malts, sugar, citric hops. Has a solid bite. Earthy malts and grains. Solid
balance, smooth, light carbonation. Alcohol is hidden well. Aftertaste is clean with a
faint sweetness. Overall more juicy than hoppy, but does have enough bitterness to
keep me happy.
O: It has great drinkability but lacks in the hop bite that is needed to make
a great DIPA. It reminds me more of just a plain IPA. Still a must try.
