This “Fresh Coast” Pale Ale is brewed with pure glacial, Lake Michigan water and ingredients from our fresh coast region. Wisconsin pale malt forms a robust backbone balanced by heavy handed, multiple additions of locally grown Cascade and Centennial Hops. You will find this beer bursting with roasted malt flavor and bold citrus hop character.

On tap at Golden Crust Pizzeria.

Bright gold with a frothy cap of soapy foam, good clarity and head retention.

Smells a bit mellow, soft pale male and vague citrus.

Taste is a little timid, malt forward with a vague hop presence that barely seems there. A little hint of citrus and bready pale malt, pretty simple and utilitarian. Light to medium bodied, smooth with a clean finish. Easy enough to drink with pizza.

Hope their other beers are a little more interesting than this one.
