If your looking for a great LHBS this is it. It's right in Downtown Williamston, Mi. I take the highway ( I-96 ) and take the williamston exit, head downtown and make a left at the light ( Grand River ).
I placed a special order with them and needed the stuff that week. Even though they were closed on the day it came in, they called me and delivered it free of charge.
I can see the commitment to customer service is way above any other business I've dealt with and I will continue to support their business.
The prices are great and I don't feel like they are trying to sell me something i don't need. Both owners have been extremely helpful and polite and know a lot about brewing. They also know about and have stuff to make wine, cheeses, pop ect. but i go because of the beer making selection they have. They did say they were going to hold classes for all of the above ( cheese making sounds fun ) so i made sure i signed up to be on their email list!
Everything is fresh and hops and yeast are kept in cold storage. Best selection of beer kits i've seen in a long time. Even though i haven't yet done an all grain, they have bulk grain and a grinder for those who do.
Having visited this store a few times now i wanted to find a way to let others know about it. There used to be a LHBS in Williamston and it went away and it's great to see another one in this location again. I had the chance to talk to the owners (husband and wife) and learned that they are both working full time and trying to get the store up and running during the days they have off. They're open every Saturday and Sunday right now with a few days during the week. Please support them so we can continue to have a great LHBS close by!

SO glad to see a home brew store back in Williamston! LOW prices and good selection!
We found this place as we were coming out of the Sun Theater which is right across the street. The store was still open so My wife and I HAD to go in, well I had to. I have been without a place to buy my homebrewing supplies now I have a place right down the street!
They said if they don't have it they can get it in within a couple of days, but they had pretty much everything you could think of.
The owners wife told my wife they are starting a ladies only brew and wine club so maybe I can get her into brewing too.

Good selection of home brewing, soda, and wine making supplies with great prices. They are more than willing to get you something if its not in stock. Excellent customer service. I found them very friendly and willing to spend time with you to get you what you need. They said they will soon have a grain grinding station set up, probably by the time you read this (11-16-12). Talked to them at length and as they move forward they plan on working with the area home brewers to see what their needs are to better serve them as far as having the supplies on hand that are most commonly used. They also plan on hosting various classes on a wide range of topics related to brewing and wine making, as well as other related topics.

Great prices ( better than online on some stuff ) and very helpful customer service!
We liked the selection and layout of the store and everything was clean and easy to find. We liked that all of the yeast and hops were refrigerated and easy to see in the cooler.
They had everything for Soda, Liqueur and cheese making which was a pleasant surprise and many books on how to brew, make wine, cheese, soda, flavored oils and vinegars, you name it!
Wound up getting a beer kit and an IPA kit at a great price and less than we could find on the web.
Will be going to this store often!
