A: poured a nice amber/golden color with little head.

s: i don't smell any hops. it just smells like... beer.

t: not overly hoppy, but not completely unpleasant. i guess i'm spoiled by the super-hoppiness of the stegmaier IPA. not what i'd expect from an IPA

m: feels crisp, not slimy.

overall: i wouldn't really consider this an IPA. Try again genesee.

Bought as part of Dundee's Ales & Lagers Seasonal Pack from Southtown Beverage on 4/26/13. Case price was $ 17.99.

poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Served at cool Temp.

appearance: light amber with a three finger white head. excellent lacing.

aroma: citrus with some floral notes, some wintergreen also.

mouthfeel: thinnish..

taste: a malty IPA with some diacetyl. Candied orange, candied ginger, some mint.

notes: again, Dundee puts forward a decent beer that is not a generic clone of others in the style. I actually liked this one.
