Presentation: 12oz brown bottle, twist-off cap, no freshness date.
Appearance: Crystal clear, light gold in colour with very little head -- just a very thin white foam lace.
Smell: Grain, fusel alcohols, light herbal hop aroma.
Taste: A smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Light-bodied. Malt sweetness is dextriny, a touch fruity and estery, but not overly sweet. Beer goes slightly crisp, a bit dry, then breaks into a light limey citrus rind bitterness, with bite and herbal-like qualities. Bitterness rides in on a fizzy carbonation. Fusel alcohols can be detected. Picking up some possible corn and/or rice adjuncts too. Aftertaste is oily, grainy with tannins.
Notes: Ah ... the memories. I remember my step-dad drinking this stuff out of the can back in the late 70's / early 80's. Given this, I can't hate this beer. It's not all that bad, for what it is. But would I keep it in my fridge all of the time? Hell no.

24oz can split and poured into a tulip.
A: Pours a clear light golden amber with a 1 finger white head. A fair amount of visible carbonation.
S: The standard corn affair you would expect from an American adjust, with a touch of lactose like creaminess. A bit of alcohol comes through.
T: Pale and light malts with a sweetness to them. A bit of a bready note at the end. An alright aftertaste that isnt offensive like most cheap beer.
M: Light to medium body with a good amount of carbonation. A tad sticky but remains mostly crisp.
Overall a very non offensive macro style brew. Easy drinking but dont let it get too warm.

12 oz. can, unknown birth date, served in a 3Fs Teku glass, drank 4/9/13 over one hour.
A: 4 - straw yellow coloration, good clarity, small champagne-like bubbles, one finger white head quickly dissipates into glass lacing, minimal alcohol legs
S: 3.75 - lots of corn, some breadiness, minimal hop aroma --> adjuncty smelling
T: 3.5 - surprisingly, minimal corn flavor hit my palate but clean, light, refreshing, and easy to drink --> nothing off but nothing really on either
M: 3.5 - slight creaminess and smoothness (like cream soda), mild-to-moderate body, low alcohol flavors
O: 3.75 - a nice, refreshing, clean and easy to drink beer that would be a solid lawnmower beer but doesn't offer much else; however, it's a good budget beer that I would not turn down if put in front of me like many American adjunct lagers

Poured into a Samuel Smith pint glass. I think this is the only time I've poured it out of its can.
A- clear yellow, 2 finger white head
S- earthly, grassy, little malty sweetness
T- good sweet and bitterness balance, watery, sweet grass
M- creamy, light, high carbonation, reminds you of something with more bite to it for the same price of lighter bodied cheap beers
O- The mouthfeel and taste are great for a bargain beer. I find this refreshing and provides enough taste for me to realize I'm getting a good deal. I always buy this over bud, miller, etc.
