This beer pours an extremely clear yellow color with a medium white head and leaves very little lace on the glass. There was a little wheat in the aroma, but it wasn't very strong. The flavor was a very mild wheat taste, but there was a nice bit of malt and there was also some fruityness in there as well.

Another filtered "American" wheat - my taste buds were prepared for boredom. But, what's this? Some fruit in the aroma. And, wonder of wonders - flavor! At first, while still quite cold, it is tart, almost to the point of being a Berliner, but evened out at the finish with some fruit flavors. As it warmed, the tartness settled down and some malty wheat flavors picked up, with some apple and brown sugar. One of the better summer wheats I've run across.

This is really a gorgeous beer with probably the cleanest, most brilliant straw golden color I've ever seen, forming a rocky picket-fence white head that stays nicely atop medium bubbles and delicate lace. Well carbonated with spiral streams of bubbles. Aroma is very nice and well balanced with notes of sweet malt, sparse yet spicy hops, extremely clean fermentation with crisp, mineralized water. Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing with a light body. Taste starts out with a crisp, soft yet spicy Cascade hop flavor, fading into a well-balanced pale malt backbone, a very clean ferment with no off-flavors, refreshingly crisp mineralized water, and ending in a subtle yet lingering toasty wheat sweetness with a faint mild bitter hop to balance it. A remarkably well-balanced beer and probably the best American Wheat I've had to date (Better than Sierra Nevada Wheat IMO). Perfect for summer cookouts and beach days, but perfectly enjoyable on a cold winter night here in Michigan.

Very light clear straw colored brew. Thin white head laces nicely. A pungent aroma exists and not much else. Taste is very average. Very clean and refreshing type of a beer. Wheat is present in seemingly very small quantities. Some slight hop spiciness. Body is about light-medium. Nice amont of carbonation. No bad off-flavors here, but nothing to shout about. I could see drinking a few of these if it were very hot and no other good options were around.
