Pours a deep mahogany color with a rising tan head. Plenty of lacing on the glass.
Smells of a malt bomb. Big bready, biscuity with some caramel sweetness. A little molasses comes through.
Tastes of the malt character with a slight hop character. The hops are earthy and leave a small bitterness, with the malt character dominating. The malts are a full bready with some sweet burnt sugar type flavors.
The mouthfeel is full, smooth, and creamy.
