Poured into a Palm tulip and served with some chinese food. Grabbed this bottle at Total Wines in Alexandria. Overall a good beer, but not the best brown I've ever had.

Pours a reddish dark brown, pretty much completely opaque. Head is a full 2 fingers, just slightly off white, but pretty standard altogether. Not a whole lot of lingering. Nose is a bit disappointing, a bit nutty, otherwise a bit of smoked malt.

Taste is roasted malt primarily, but a slight bit of sweetness and a tinge of hops. I get a bit of chocolate, but its not really predominant at all. Overall its just a medium bodied standard brown ale, that makes for an enjoyable drink.
