On tap, this comes out a lovely honey-golden color with a nice head. Aroma has fruity hints. Excellent flavor provides undertones of fruitiness, and is hoppy but not bitter though it has a bit of a nip. This ale is very smooth and a pleasure to drink.

Hazy copper color with generous head, from draught tap in Boulder, CO. Nose has a slight smoky note that mixes with a background of malt and hops. Nothing special jumps out otherwise. Very balanced beer on the palate with inoffensive finish. A pleasing, daily beer with few flaws but few features to write home about. Worth trying.

The beer arrived on the table crystal clear pale golden amber with an off-white and frothy head which lasted well to lace the glass.

The aroma was light hop aroma with a light spice character and some wheat.

The flavor was bittering hop most prevalent and a light wheat flavor.

The finish was dry with lasting bittering into the aftertaste. The body was medium. While drinking this beer I suspected it was an American Wheat and cannot imagine it as a Belgian Pale Ale as listed here.

Pint at 42nd Street Oyster Bar.
