A: Deep reddish brown, slightly more transparent than I was expecting, great head with small bubbles, great retention, and beautiful lacing.

S: Vanilla comes through nicely, hops are full strength, smell a little metallic, and just the slightest bit fruity.

T: Vanilla and light hops go together nicely over a very sweet and toasty malt. Definitely some cocoa in there. Caramel and alcohol stand out a little too much. Has a great sweet finish with just the slightest bit of burnt toast. It's a little too sweet for my liking. Flavor sticks around quite a while after swallowing, and the high alcohol throws it off a little bit.

M: Very refreshing, medium-light body. Very dry. Good carbonation.

D: Easy to drink at first, but the sweetness makes it hard to down fast. Definitely in the dessert beer category.

A: The body of the beer is a dark brown body. The head is a two finger head that is a mocha brown that disappears quickly.

S: Strong vanilla and roasted malt aromas. There is a subtle bready aroma present as well.

T: There is a sweet vanilla flavor mixed with deeply roasted malts. It is an odd mix of flavors that I am not a big fan of.

M: Thin body with a very sharp carbonation bite.

O: This is an okay beer, not great. I expected more for a 25th anniversary beer.
