Turbodog is a dark brown ale brewed with Willamette hops and a combination of pale, crystal and chocolate malts. This combination gives Turbodog its rich body and color and a sweet chocolate toffee-like flavor. Turbodog began as a specialty ale but has gained a huge loyal following and has become one of our flagship brews.

Pours a very dark brown with a tinge of mahogany red and a finger of smooth tan head that leaves thick lacing.
Nose is a very rich amber malt, strong caramel and nutty body backed by some vanilla and a little bit of hops to end it.
First taste is very creamy and full of sweet amber malt. The body is full and has an almond character with the caramel malt bringing up the rear to round things out.
Medium body, thick and creamy, like a lighter stout. Very easy to drink and sessionable. Worth a try if you like the style. I don't think it's the most traditional, but it's still good.
