Pours a clear golden color. It’s light, fizzy, and lacking any heft in the least. It’s served ice cold but in this South Texas heat I don’t give it a chance to warm. A real easy drinker, almost without any thought to it. Unfortunately, this aspect makes it pretty much one-dimensional.

In keeping with the Louisiana theme (or, more accurately, drinking with friends who just returned from New Orleans) I can see this being a second or third-tier choice, depending on my options.

A--yellowy amber color, weak thin head with small bubbles...lacing could have been affected by the small plastic glass I had the sample from

S--this beer actually smelled a bit skunky. Had a cabbagey type aroma lingering around...and just a bit of citrus hiding in there somewhere

T--tasted of tangy citrus..not skunky like I expected, sweet malty after the swallow

M--finished dry, and I would have preferred more carbonation..this beer had very little

O--I wasnt impressed with this beer...maybe the skunk smell turned me off early, but overall I wouldnt recommend it.

A - Light reddish brown with golden hues. Off white foam head that leaves decent lacing

S - Light caramel malt presence and straw. Not much of a nose

T - Caramel malt, light lemon, and slight straw presence. Some but not a lot of flavor

M - Light body with medium carbonation to it

O - Simple, not too flavorful but unoffensive amber
