Pours a clear amber with a small layer of soapy off-white head. Not a lot of visible carbonation.

Nose is a blend of pale and amber malt topped by pine-y and citrusy hops. Some grapefruit notes and maybe a bit of fig as well. Simple and clean.

First taste is a fairly even vessel of the aforementioned hops and malt blend. The flavor spreads out at the end, leaving some grapefruit and coriander to linger into a fairly clean finish.

Light-medium body with an all-round balance, it's a fairly decent example of the style. Hoppy enough without being overboard for a more basic IPA. Easy to drink, and worth a try. It could possibly hook you.

12oz bottle into a pint glass.

Pours a clear copper with a solid one finger white head. Really good head retention and just a little bit of lacing.

The aroma is a bit on the mild side but has definite garlic/onion notes along with some floral notes. A little earth and pine too but not much in the way of malt.

A big pine/garlic bomb on the flavor which I happen to love. With that being said, however, it fades way too quick leaving nothing but lingering garlic. Really no malt at all and quite one dimensional. Mouthfeel is very watery given the strength while bitterness is moderate.

Overall, a pretty run of the mill IPA that isn't really worth seeking out. Glad I tried it, though.
