Poured this American IPA from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. This AIPA poured a clear amber copper color, produced a nice froathy ivory colored head. Head retention is excellent and lacing is off the charts. The aroma of this AIPA is sweet, full of malted caramel toasted grain, piney citrus aromas from the hops. This ale is medium in body sweet caramel malt, flavor of clover honey, grapefruit and pine. Somewhat bitter, and dry finish. The mouthfeel is a little thin for my liking but it makes an excellent session beer.

12oz bottle into a pint glass.

Pours a clear copper with a solid one finger white head. Really good head retention and just a little bit of lacing.

The aroma is a bit on the mild side but has definite garlic/onion notes along with some floral notes. A little earth and pine too but not much in the way of malt.

A big pine/garlic bomb on the flavor which I happen to love. With that being said, however, it fades way too quick leaving nothing but lingering garlic. Really no malt at all and quite one dimensional. Mouthfeel is very watery given the strength while bitterness is moderate.

Overall, a pretty run of the mill IPA that isn't really worth seeking out. Glad I tried it, though.
