The menu calls this beer "Dan's signature beer" and man it was a good one. I am a fan of rye beers and this did not disappoint. The beer pours a clear crimson with thin off-white head that left some lacing. The smell had some biscuit scents mixed with piney hops. The taste was a very well balance beer with malt and centennial hops. The mouthfeel was medium body with smoot carbonation. Overall one heck of a beer.
