On-tap at opening night of the tap room at Fat Bottom Brewing.

Appearance: Dark black with minimal tan head and minimal lacing.

Smell: Dark roasted malts, hop scent that blends nicely, classic irish stout hop scent.

Taste: Dark malts and oatmeal up front, stong hop flavor that follows and lingers nicely.

Mouthfeel: Creamy, full-bodied feel with decent carbonation that lasts.

Overall: Nice Stout that has a full flavor profile that lasts throughout the glass. This is a well made beer.
